All packages are sent out within 1 working day of the order being placed. All parcels are sent Recorded Delivery, via Royal Mail or DHL, we do keep a record and a certificate of postage. All packages sent Recorded Delivery need to be signed for. We are also able to offer Guaranteed Next Day Delivery, but prices will be on application. Please note that due to the circumstances beyond our control, Scoop of Sweets cannot be held responsible for delays by third parties, but should this happen please let us know, so that we can take it up with the service concerned. Out of Stock Items We have numerous good quality wholesalers who can provide goods within a short time scale but on the odd occasion when a product is not available, you will be contacted and offered a full refund or replacement, alternatively you could wait until the product becomes available and your order will be given priority status. Pricing Policy At Scoop of Sweets it is our policy to provide you with the best quality sweets at the best possible price. We always aim to be competitive and we are willing to match prices from other online sweet shops, subject to our personally checking the websites concerned. We will pass on to our customers any promotions and these products will be highlighted within the Scoop Of sweets website. All our prices shown are for the weight displayed only. At times, due to circumstances beyond our control the cost of items may increase and our website will be updated as quickly as possible. These increases will not affect orders already received. Refunds We offer a full refund on all our products providing the package is returned to us within 7 days and is unopened. This does not affect your rights if the goods are not fit for purpose.
